- In the absence of Henrik Roos, Nick Orem presented the minutes from the meeting on December 3, 2020. Upon motion duly made and seconded, the attendees waived reading of the minutes and approved them.
- Report of officers:
- Post Captain: Nick Orem started by thanking Noreen Shortway and David Tunick for hosting today’s meeting and clambake. He then welcomed our new members. He also reported that the NAS is responsible for arranging the TAR and 5C Regattas in July this year. A big thank you goes to the team of David Brown, Angelica Almlid Barrows, Allan Hayward, and Palmer Sparkman for putting in a lot of time on the planning and execution of this event. PC Orem also mentioned that the NAS Directory will be updated in the fall.
- Fleet Captain: In the absence of David Tunick, PC Orem reported that the New England Cruise is on and that our goal is to get S/Y Arabella as our mothership.
